• All applicants must possess exceptional writing skills, language fluency, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong URDU communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with Bachelors degree will be preferred.
• Experience is not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior call center experience.
