IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

This application is the entrance door to our system, here we welcome your customers through automatic voice menus. This system interacts with the customer, automates calls, and improves the assistance by reducing contact costs.

When the service requires it, IVR is used to provide a completely automated assistance or to derive the call to a Call Center agent with all the information compiled by the IVR.
