CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)
Ferotek CTI environment includes Automated Call Distribution (ACD) System for receiving your incoming calls which determines which agent to route the call to and passes a data packet to a connect server. The data packet contains the position number of your agent receiving the call, the caller's vital information, and the number on which the call came in. The server performs a cross-reference check of the agent position to find the associated desktop environment.
