Our CSEs can introduce your customers to new possibilities and propose alternative options as an effective means of driving incremental revenues from your current customer base.

Qualifications

  • All Customer Support Executives (CSEs) are college graduates and with suitable skills
  • Selection process is based on established critria considering customer's requirements
  • Candidates are closely screened for language skills, both spoken and written
  • Process specific training is provided to continuously improve quality, customer service, voice clarity, accent flattening, and specific corporate culture
  • CSEs to supervisor ratio as well as CSEs to quality personnel ratio is kept low to ensure a higher level of customer service
